There are multiple non-surgical options for improving the upper eyelids. I have J plasma, which is FDA approved for use in the US. Depending on your anatomy, Utherapy to the forehead, CO2 laser to the eyelids, and filler or Botox may all be part of improving eyelids non-surgically. That said, eyelid surgery has a pretty quick and easy recovery, and most patients have fairly invisible scars. Photos or an in person consultation would be much better at determining which procedures you are a good candidate for since your skin tone, skin texture, and anatomy all play a role.

There are several options. Leave invasive and most predictable would be filler injection in upper eyelids. Fat injection is another option but less predictable. Another more invasive option would be orbital implant to push the eyeball forward but doubt that is what you need. Consultation necessary.
From the picture you posted it appears both lower eyelids are pulling down although the right one is worse. I would definitely use artificial tears during the day and sustained ophthalmic ointment at night to help with the irritation. At this point since it is not severe I would hold off on...
Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. If you have late plastic surgery scars, you may also require laser and...
