Nose too short after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Hello! I had a primary rhinoplasty about 1 year and 8 months ago mainly because I had a bump on one side of my dorsum due to a previous fracture. Since I had the procedure, something seemed “off” about my face from the front view (I quite like the profile). I can’t quite put my finger on it. Is it possible my nose is too short now? Any ideas about what is wrong? I wish I had just kept my old nose. It fit my face so much better.

As I look at your nose it appears of appropriate length on the frontal view (at least in the images provided) but looks somewhat over shortened in the profile view because of excess lowering of the bridge if the nose. Normally the “starting point” of the nose should correspond to your upper eyelid crease and in your case it starts at about the lower eyelid level. This lowering also makes the tip look a bit to projected. Dorsal augmentation graft +/- drprojecting the tip could help restore better nasal balance. Hope this helps
