How can I fix this jaw work from my sliding genioplasty and osteotomy? (photos)

I had sliding genioplasty and t osteomy done. The result is a jaw and chin that dont go together and aesthetically look horrible with my chin being moved too far Forward. And Massive step off. And bone jowls.How can this be fixed?

The issue is quite common unfortunately. The bone 'cut' can 'heal' with a 'dip' and it is very often visible externally. The solution at the time of the surgery is to use a 'strip' of eg gortex to blend the chin advancement with the jawline like a 'bridge' to the bone behind. At this point, you can also do that as well. An alternative for temporary fixes, is to use filler in the overlying soft tissue.  Ideally, this would never be an issue since it isolates the chin and the jowls
