Hi, I’ve had some consultations with surgeons about palate expansion as directed by an orthodontist. Both surgeons told me need to cut the septum which my ent surgeon said he doesn’t want them doing. Has any other surgeon out there performed this without cutting the septum? Or performed this on someone with previous septoplasty?
