Bicuspid extractions completely ruined my face. What surgery or treatment do I need to reverse this? I got braces when I was 13 and they removed 4 teeth from the top and bottom, I had braces for 6 years and I am now 22. I noticed overtime my face/jaw has changed badly because the ortho did a horrible job, i used to have plump lips and cheeks, however now my lips got so thin with lower alignment, bad laugh lines, my nose is bigger and I have saggy skin. and my ears ring sometimes. Please I need to fix this. I’m not sure where to start but please help, if I need jaw surgery or to get braces again?

The revision surgery is feasible but somewhat more difficult due to the scarring present. However, the bones are well healed so that removal of bone plates etc can be done and the surgery revised by a more experienced surgeon perhaps. Detailed examination of the jaws/chin is required to ensure...
A three mm vertical move will make exactly that, it will shorten your face by 3 mm.If your surgeon uses a nasal cinch suture with or without a V-Y closure he or she can control not only the amount of tooth show at rest and smile but also the fullness of the lip.
