Is there a fix for my asymmetrical eyes? (Photo)

i know it’s not a huge difference but i’ve been wondering if there is anything that can be done or if you can even analyze what the underlying cause for the assymetry is? i’m pretty sure i have ptosis my vision on my left isn’t the best but it does work and it is there
