Eyelid Still Inflamed, Distorted and Painful 6 Months After Chalazion Surgery. Original lump remains, what can be done? (Photos)

I had incision and curettage surgery on my left upper eyelid at the start of September for a chalazion. The surgeon made three incisions. More than 6 months later, I still have the original lump and also a new one that is larger than the original lump. My eyelid shape is now distorted, constantly inflamed and irritated, and has mechanical ptosis. Every time I blink there is irritation, which feels like it is coming from where the incisions were made. The surgeon who performed the procedure dismissed me at the follow up consultation. I’m really unhappy with how my eyelid feels and looks. I'm struggling with day to day life due to the irritation and it is only getting worse. Can anything be done to fix this? Thank you.
