Hello, I had chin implant surgery about a year and half ago, and till this day i can still feel the right wing of the implant i can even wiggle it up and down but just the wing the full implant doesn’t move, when i got my stitches off I asked my doctor if it was normal to just feel that side and he said sometimes that happens,im concerned what should i do? Is it normal?

At this point, I would recommend that you get a CT of the implant to ascertain that it has not migrated. Intermittent pain following an implant placement is very uncommon. The CT will show the position of the implant and whether it is close to the mental nerve.
