Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. I recommend trying a CO2 resurfacing laser. CO2 laser resurfacing offers a range of significant benefits for improving skin appearance and texture. This advanced treatment utilizes carbon dioxide laser technology to precisely remove damaged outer layers of the skin while stimulating the deeper layers to produce new collagen. The result is a marked reduction in wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots, as well as enhanced skin firmness and elasticity. By addressing both surface imperfections and deeper skin issues, CO2 laser resurfacing can significantly rejuvenate the skin, leading to a more youthful and even complexion. Additionally, the treatment can improve skin tone and texture, diminish the appearance of acne scars and sun damage, and offer long-lasting results with a single procedure. Though it involves a longer recovery period compared to less invasive options, the profound and comprehensive improvements in skin quality make CO2 laser resurfacing a highly effective choice for those seeking substantial skin rejuvenation. I hope this helps and best of luck!
You have a very high hairline and your eyebrows are asymmetrical with one being below the level of the orbital rim. I recommend a browlift. This will lower your hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead, correct the asymmetry of the eyebrows and lift some of the upper eyelid skin. After this, you may or may not need an upper blepharoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
First, don't be so hard on yourself. I really don't think you "need" to change much of anything. However, the expert use of an appropriately robust HA volumizing filler for cheek augmentation would not only create a more desirable, feminine, oval, heart-shaped face and Ogee Curve, but would also address the hollows under the eyes, since the upper cheeks are a major support for the infraorbital area. And when you say you had no success with fillers in the past, I would guess that you were likely treated by an inexperienced injector who directly treated your under-eyes, rather than addressing the cheek volume issue that is the primary cause of the hollows. So, if you are going to do anything like expensive, aggressive surgery that risks scarring and prolonged downtime, you would be wise to first consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert to explore the above. In the hands of an experienced injector, filler cheek augmentation should take no more than about ten to fifteen minutes to perform, with immediate, on-the-spot results, and little to no significant downtime. I hope this helps and my best wishes.
I need other photos to learn enough for a great answer, but based on what I see it is likely that cheek implants and possibly adjusting your eyebrows / forehead can make a meaningful change.

Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your exact situation. For less significant issues, there are nonsurgical treatments: To give the eyebrows a...
I would check with your anesthesiologist to see when you need to stop having food and liquids before your surgery. Some anesthesiologists may have patients stop food and liquids 8 hours before surgery. If this is the case with your anesthesiologist, then you could stop food and liquids at 5am...
A full set of facial and forehead photographs are required in a chin neutral position, looking directly into the camera to make a determination, to see if you're even a candidate for a brow lift procedure. If you are a candidate for a brow lift procedure, then the decision is will be made as to...
