Can I do a BBL and breast fat transfer at the same time?

Hello, I already booked my Bbl surgery. But I am wondering if I can also have at the same time some fat grafting to contour my breast implants since I have a little bit of rippling when bending over. Also can the surgeon make sure he doesn’t puncture the implants during the procedure ? Thanks in advance
