My asymmetrical eyes are congenital & I'm not sure if blepharoplasty might help me?

I am 30,f. My asymmetrical eyes are congenital. The left eye is visibly larger and protruded, Left eye -18.00, right eye -6.50. I did all my investigations including thyroid levels which is normal. My main concern is the aesthetics. I am not sure if blepharoplasty might help me. Any suggestion will be helpful.
