Can I achieve this result with a BBL?

Although you may benefit from some body contouring with precision sculpting liposuction, your wish pic is of somebody that obviously is super fit and maintains a strict diet and exercise routine. You may need to also incorporate those two things to achieve that similar body habitus. However keep in mind, as you become lean like your wish pic the BBL fat in your butt will probably shrink down significantly…and you will need to consider implants. Hope this helps.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You can certainly consult for having a BBL revision.

When I look at your results and your wish pictures the biggest difference is that you’re 40 pounds overweight compared to the men you want to look like. If you look closely you’ll see that both your wish pictures also have bottoms with significant asymmetry. In fact your asymmetry is not any more than what’s present in your wish picture models.

The asymmetry isn’t significant enough to be an issue because all people are asymmetrical.

Your BBL looks a little overdone giving a feminized look especially in conjunction with the chubby midsection.

Losing weight will decrease the fat in your BBL and your midsection and should give you a pretty ideal final outcome.

Liposuction cannot deliver results the way weight loss can because weight loss will reduce visceral fat that cannot be achieved with Liposuction.

Perhaps easier said than done but by far your best result is free and requires no surgery.

I get on the scale every day. Start cutting out foods you shouldn’t be eating and start working out more frequently.
