I have attached the first picture which is the day of surgery. The second where I have gained weight. And the last 2 are recent pictures I just lost 4kg and started working out. My right buttocks is lower and bigger than the left. I want to get a bbl reduction and jplasma. when I sit, all the fat spills to the sides, I feel like there's a lot of fat on my buttocks and that my skin laxity is super stretched. How many cc's would be safe to take out? What can I do to reverse all of this?
