White wine 3 days after Zoom caused yellowing of teeth or does this happen without tinted liquids? (Photo)

Hi:Normally white wine does not effect the teeth that much.  Additionally after whitening there is a period of 3-4 days before the color settles.  If your teeth are still significantly whiter than before zoom then this is normal, if however your teeth are the same color as before the whitening then check to see what else you could be eating or drinking that is causing the staining.  Also your can go back to your dentist for evaluation to find out the reasoning behind the staining.keep in mind that in the first 48hrs after whitening your teeth are more susceptible to staining. Best of luck!

You haven't ruined the affect of Zoom. After a Zoom treatment, teeth get very dehydrated and appear very white for a day or two. The first two days it is important to avoid high pigment foods to prevent stains. But after that your teeth rehydrate and become less susceptible to stain but also "rebound" a little and regain some of their original color.  Rebound means the dehydrated opaque teeth regain some color and transluncy.  This can be disappointing.  But it is common, and most dentists recommend wearing bleach trays at home after Zoom, to lighten after the rebound.  You're teeth are beutiful, and they will continue to lighten with trays.
