When can I go back to Reformers Pilates Classes? (photo)

fire_fly29
I had a breast augmentation about 2 1/2 weeks ago, under the muscle around 371cc with an areola incision and everything seems to be fine in terms of swelling and healing. Before my surgery I did Pilates on a reformer about 3 times a week and I am desperate to get back to it. I understand that most surgeons suggest 6 weeks before you go back to upper body workouts but I feel it is different then typical gym free weight routines.
