Hi, I'm 14 years old and i have 10DD breasts. My left breast is about 1 to 1/2 cup sizes larger than my right. My breasts are also spaced further apart and makes it difficult for me to archive cleavage even with big breasts! Is there any surgery that will make my breasts closer together without getting implants? Will my breasts even out? (of corse, i know surgery isn't an option for my age) Thankyou
Answer: Cleavage and asymmetry You still have many years of breast development ahead of you. I suggest you wait until you're about 19-20 years old to see whether your breasts improve in shape and symmetry. At that time, you can then consider cosmetic breast surgery to address your concerns. In the meantime, a pushup bra can help improve your cleavage.

Answer: Will my breasts even out as I get older? Is there any surgery that will make my breasts closer together without implants? You are still quite young and, therefore, your breasts will still change. It is quite common to have breast asymmetry, especially at your age. You need to wait until around age 17-18 years and then consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Answer: Breasts at 14 At 14 your breasts are probably still growing. Some asymmetry is normal, but if over time they don't seem to even out, then perhaps you might want to seek a consultation with your parents' permission.

Answer: Breast Changes As You Grow Lets address the two questions separately. It is very common to have each of your breasts be a different size. In fact most women will notice some size or position difference between the breasts. At age 14 you may be getting close to your full height but your body will still change. It is possible that your smaller breast will increase in size so that they difference is not noticeable but it is also possible the difference may persist. Some women have surgery to either increase the size of one side or decrease the size of the other. There are a few choices but I would suggest waiting to have a consultation until at least 18 years of age so that you are developmentally further along.Concerning cleavage, unless your breasts are large and pendulous, most women do not have natural cleavage unless the breasts are pushed together with a bra. Surgery is not typically done to move the breasts together. It is probably best to obtain bra information from a parent or other trusted female relative. It may be an awkward subject but I think that is your best source. Best of luck to you.
