What can I do to undo this Sculptra disaster? (Photos)

Question

I had a baby 10 months ago, and didn't feel I looked as fresh as before the baby. A nurse suggested sculptra. I had two sessions of sculptra, one vial each time. She injected my cheekbones, nasalabial folds, sides of the chin and masseuter. My face has taken on a angular/masuline appearance. Someone even thought I was transgender woman. Is there anything I can do to feminize the face, until the sculptra wears off? I don't want to walk around, looking like a man. Please help!

The short answer to your questions is yes, there are a number of things that you can do to feminize your face while you wait for the Sculptra to wear off.  First, we can inject your masseter muscles with botox to make them thinner, and narrow the overall width of the posterior aspect of your face, giving it more of a v-shape.  We can also remove part of the buccal fat pad in each cheek to accentuate the ogee curve of the cheek on PA view of the face, further feminizing its appearance.  Lastly, we can camouflage the appearance of the Sculptra by overlaying it with fat, particularly in the cheeks and central chin, to emphasize the vertical vector of your facial shape, making your face appear less wide and bulky.

I think that what is bothering you is that the lower face and jawline are too broad. I don't ever inject masseters with Sculptra. I would try to see if Botox/Dysport in the masseters will turn the face into a more V shaped. Possibly placement of fillers in the temples might round out the upper face as well.

My same response to your same question! "Based upon the 1 posted photo you do not appear transgender nor masculine. Also not much can dissolve the effects of Sculptra, since it is a solution of poly-lactic acid that stimulate collagen in growth. Also sounds like the 2 sessions you had , you had very little amounts injected anyway. Best to seek in person opinions from boarded MDs not nurses. "
