Is Ultrasonic Cavitation good to do 3 weeks after liposuction with fat transfer to buttocks?

I am also curious is it good that they are doing it on my stomach and arms at the same time? I read one area at a time is better is that true? I did notice some softening of the fat after my first treatment and I plan on having 10 total with a few lymphatic massages but not after every treatment since this is to costly. I also read it is good to do excercise after each treatment but I walk 3 hours a day and stretch since I am still recovering from the lipo is this ok?

Hi - thank you for your question. I generally don't advise my patients to do this at all after these procedures. I find that they don't enhance the results, but they are uncomfortable and expensive.

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol regarding aftercare, including exercise after liposuction. After hi definition liposuction, I recommend waiting 3-4 weeks before beginning to exercise and to stop if there is any discomfort. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
