Will my BBL results get messed up if I have to travel for 4 hours after surgery?

Question

After I get my surgery I have a 2 hour flight and then a 2 hour drive from the airport to my house. Will I be able to sit for that long without messing up my BBL? Or should I lay down when traveling back home in my van? I do have a bobby pillow that I will be using.

Flying immediately after surgery is a very bad idea, and dangerous.  not only, as you mention, we will prolonged pressure and motion over the freshly grafted fat potentially compromise her outcome, there are other issues.  Prolonged immobility on an airplane, cramped seating, pressure changes, walking great distances at airports, and the overall stress of travel immediately after surgery can put you at risk for serious complications.  If you are traveling to get some "deal" on a cheap procedure, I recommend staying local instead, saving your money, and doing this safely. It would be unwise to travel like this so soon after your surgery as it could put you at risk of serious complications.  Medical tourism where you travel for cheap surgery often results in very disappointing results and further costs as you may require medical treatment when you return home after surgery.  What happens if you travel home for four hours and develop complications?  How do you return to your surgeon immediately for review?  Its always best to wait a few days or even a week before traveling.
