"Fluffing" is not a term typically used in conjunction with a BBL procedure. It is usually used for breast augmentation and describes the phenomenon that occurs over several months in which the implant will drop into a more natural position and the tissues will relax allowing the implant to fall in a more soft and natural formation. I suppose one could describe some aspects of a BBL in a similar way. In that, initially the buttocks is inflated and tight from all the fat injected, but with time, some of that fat will dissolve, swelling will dissipate, and the tight and inflated appearance will drop and settle some, becoming rounder and more natural. I hope this explains it a bit better.Best of luck!Dr. SubbioBoard-Certified Plastic SurgeonNewtown Square/Philadelphia, PA
Hi Lily,Thanks for your question. To the best of my ability it just means the settling of the tissue/implant into a lower position that increase the lower projection of the bodies anatomy as compared to an early surgical high look. It is usually related to breast implants settling. Hope this helps. All the best,Carlos Mata MD, MBA, FACS
In reality, there really is no fluff stage in BBL recovery. That implies that after the initial fat volume goes down due to fat cell death or incomplete take that stem cells convert later to fat cells and grow. This is a theoretical event that largely does not occur.
I am not familiar with the term "fluff" when it comes to BBL procedures. Please follow up with your plastic surgeon and follow up with another realself post so that we can learn from your experience.
The common areas are legs and trunk. The arms are possible also but there is very little fat under the chin.

You got the general idea correct.Avoid putting pressure on your bottom. What you describe what the portable massage chair is probably the best contraption you could possibly choose for the recovery after a BBL.I would highly recommend you ask your plastic surgeon what he or she recommends but to...
