Realistic post-op measurements and pre-op weight for BBL? (Photo)

Question

I'm interested in the BBL (lipo of the arms, flanks, abs, full back) with a primary goal of fuller hip. Im Overweight in terms of BMI, but I'm active &think much of my weight is muscle. A doctor told me I may not have enough fat; another told me I was perfect. I'm 5'4", 174-177 lbs. My measurements: (35F bra) 40.5"-31-40.5 My questions are: 1.What's my max pre-op weight for best result? 2.Are post-op measurements of 38-26-44 realistic? 3.Will I retain a lot of loose skin due to my stretch marks?

From your
photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for Vaser Hi definition
liposculpture with fat grafting to the buttocks.  You should get a great
result from liposculpture, giving you a more contoured and hourglass shape with
better projection to your buttocks.

One can not predict measurements from performing BBL.  It does look like you are a good candidate and may benefit from a  tummy tuck as well.

I don't review inches or pounds during my consultations.All too many times patients are unhappy when they don't see a substantial and off difference on the scale for measuring tape. This can even be the case when patients have a drastic transformations with incredible results.You have plenty of fat for a successful Brazilian.At least in my opinion based on the pictures you have shown.Ideally you should not be an heavier than you are in your pictures..People with stretch marks can have some changes to their skin if aggressive liposuction is done.When liposuction is done well the skin will just look slightly different but not that much worse.If the liposuction is not done well then contour irregularities can be seen.Most patients who get great results from  the liposuction don't mind the minor changes in their skin as long as this was explained before hand.If you're in the hands of someone who is very talented then I doubt your skin will be a major issue after your procedure.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
