How to tell if your sports bra garment is too tight after BA? How often can you let them breathe? (Photo)

My1 week post op appt was tomorrow bt my PS had a family emergency and is not back until next week. I’m concerned as I don’t know whether or not I should be tightening my bra garment? I switched to a different size and it felt better bt now it’s starting to feel a little loose around the shoulders.So I’m not sure if that’s just me wanting to keep them nice& high up or that’s how I’m supposed to have them? Also,do I keep them in the bra allday or give them air to breathe?Any advice is appreciated
