Is this normal wound healing? Uncomfortable/slight painful little hole on nipple. 3 wks post breast lift with implants. (photo)

Hello! I had a crescent breast lift and breast augmentation about 3 weeks ago. Per my PS instructions , I took off the steri strips about a week ago. And I clean the wound doing the following: clean gloves and clean cotton balls/pads I use witch hazel, followed by hydrogen peroxide and then gently apply Neosporin. I wear cotton support bras to let the wound breathe but when I go to work , I place a little cotton pad between my nipples and the bra. Am I causing the little hole? What could it be?

You need to ask this exact question of your surgeon. If the hair is on the part of the nipple/aerola that is being moved it will continue to grow there. If the hair is on the outer area of aerola where the skin will likely be discarded then it will be gone. Only your surgeon knows. Good luck
