So I have a Benelli lift and implants scheduled soon and I forgot to ask my surgeon about this last time I saw him. I have several very large veins running right through my nipple. Obviously in any surgery you're cutting into veins but if these are cut and that area of skin removed, how on earth could it NOT affect the blood supply going to my nipple? I guess I'm just curious how normal blood supply is even possible under these circumstances?

You need to ask this exact question of your surgeon. If the hair is on the part of the nipple/aerola that is being moved it will continue to grow there. If the hair is on the outer area of aerola where the skin will likely be discarded then it will be gone. Only your surgeon knows. Good luck
