Skin turning grey on 1 side of my face. Starting from my chin to under my nose. I am over 4 weeks post op Kybella. Options?

Not sure exactly what is going on BUT you need to call Allergan company to file a complication report ASAP. Also you need the doctor's injectors name and if possible the lot # of the KyBella injected (if in fact real Allergan KyBella was used?). Appear as some possible/potential vascular issue occurring. Who was the injector? Might start on blood thinners, Rx for steroids, etc. 

i'm not a big fan of this treatment at all. I see horrible outcomes being posted on real self on a regular basis.  I doubt there's anyway of reversing the effect once injected. Anti-inflammatory steroids may be an option.  I agree with previous comments about contacting Alargan and letting them know what you are experiencing. Your provider could help find the local rep for you.  If possible consider re-posting with better quality pictures. Especially showing before and after pictures.  If your provider took before pictures then use those.  Ask them to email you a copy.  Hopefully things will settle down and you can get back to normal. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
