Is it normal to have a large, hard lump under the chin 5 weeks post Kybella? Not tiny nodules but rather 1 hard lump. (photo)

I had kybella and radiesse fillers done a little over a month ago. Aside from the fact that the fillers show no result to my jawline, I'm experiencing major swelling a hard lump under my chin from the kybella. It feels sore to massage and the lump is one hard lump as opposed to little nodules under the chin. I'm worried that I have had this for too long with no progress. It isn't going away. Is there anything I can do for this hardness? Should I be concerned?
