When I was on hemo dialysis I was cleared to do lipo and bbl in Ga by my nephrologist and primary care dr. Now that I am doing peritoneal I want the full mommy make over with bbl. I have no other health issues. My kidneys scaring of kidney. Im in great physical health. I take 3 pills a day renavite, sensipor, binders. I know I should be worried about transplant but this has done a number on my self-esteem.

This is one of the challenges of being so far away from your surgeon. I encourage you to discuss these concerns with your surgeon. You may be able to have video calls for post op appointments but you will likely need to be prepared to return to your surgeon if a complication arises.
Pain is unique to each patient. Typically for a Mommy Makeover patients need narcotic pain medication for the first few days to manage the pain. They are able to move and walk short distances (ie: around the house) but may need assistance getting up and down from a seated or laying position...
