Does this look like it is normal healing stage of necrosis? (Photo)

Hello I have had breast lift reduction surgery and the areola has gotten necrosis and it now looks like it is detaching it bleeds a little bit I also have breast implant so I am worried will my implant get infected ? What should I do continue the bandages and ointments like my doctor told me the dead skin will fall off on its own , or go to ER I am scared pictures are very close up so it looks bigger

That depends on how much of your remaining breast tissue is glandular. Usually breast tissue has fat and breast gland tissue. The gland element may respond to hormone therapy but my guess is not by very much. Your plastic surgeon may be able to give you a clue from the pathology report on...
