Are there any doctors in Charlotte NC that will take medicaid for a breast reduction?

I am 20 with 42 DDD sometimes E. with constant back, neck and shoulder pain. i also get major migraines often. I am in pain 24/7! its so bad I cant find anyone I am starting to consider medical tourism.

Best to check with the plastic surgeon who performed your breast reduction;  but in my experience, the sensitivity diminishes with time.
