I need a surgeon to make me beautiful. I really would like a doctor to give me a chance I'm very healthy and my heart doctor approves me getting cosmetic surgery please give me a ass like hers lol

Thank you very much for this question. Make sure that you have got the go ahead from your cardiologist. The problem that I see is not the  type of anesthesia you will get, but the amount of fluid that is necessary for a liposuction. Congestive heart failure can be very sensitive to fluid overload.  I am sure that your plastic surgeon has done all his/her due diligence and did a thorough back up check as well as communicated with your cardiologist. hello, thanks for your surgeon and provided information as well.. if your surgeon gave you permision to have surgery under local anesthesia and without any problem, and if it's safe for you regarding your actual health conditions, you need to be sure about making your cardiologist give you clearance it's possible.

I personally do not do aggressive liposuction with fat transfer (or a BBL) under local anesthesia. I routinely do it under TIVA, which is a form of general anesthesia where you are not paralyzed and do not have a breathing tube (intubation). If your cardiologist cleared you for awake lipo and fat transfer, you need to find a board certified PS that performs this procedure under those conditions.
