We recommend that our patients wait at least 3 months, but this can vary depending on the patient as well as their past medical history. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Waiting three months after a tubal ligation is a safe period of time. Recommend that lipo and BBL be performed first, followed by a TT about six months later.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
As long as you have healed appropriately it is fine to proceed with surgery 3 months after your tubal ligation. I encourage you to be as close to your goal weight as possible before surgery in order to optimize your results.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I would recommend to wait at least 3 months between surgeries, but remember that all depends on your health and lab tests.l suggest you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Every individual is different. You could have a consultation any time now & your surgeon would be able to give you the best recommendation for time frames (they may also have a wait to schedule you). As long as your wounds are well healed & you have no ongoing recovery issues then I would feel around 6 weeks (or more) may be suitable. All the best with your procedure/s
Your BMI still over 30... Lose another 14 pounds to get just below the max BMI of 30. Plus in Florida can not combine normal TT with regular BBL/Lipo. Best to seek more in person opinions.
Hi and welcome to our forum! In our practice, we usually wait a span of 3 months or so to allow for subsidence of swelling and the hypervascularity of healing. I note your height and weight data. Your BMI ( body mass index weight in kg. / square of height in meters) is 32.28 (you can find BMI calculators on the internet). If > 30, the result will be less than optimal and if >35, the risks of complications increase. Be as close to your desired body weight as possible. Some individuals who cannot reach their weight loss goals have benefitted greatly from a bariatric procedure ( such as a gastric sleeve).I would recommend 2 separate procedures: Lipo / BBL first; abdominoplasty second.Best wishes...
There are several alternatives to morphine for pain management. The Exparel should help quite a bit. Your surgeon can prescribe a host of other pain medications to help manage your recovery. Latex allergies are not uncommon and as long as the staff is informed of this alternative methods ar...
Based on your description it is likely a suture causing the issue. These are easily addressed in the office and require only minor wound care. Follow the instructions closely from your plastic surgeon and it should be healed soon.
It appears from your photos that you are having some issues with wound healing. It is best to contact your surgeon for an evaluation. He/She will be the best person to instruct you on how to care for the area.
