Lip lift scar silicone sheets?

Question

I will have a lip lift revision in a few weeks and I want to get advice on silicone sheets. The brand I was looking at was scar away; has anybody heard about this brand? I won't apply it til the scar is completely closed. Thanks!

Hidef protocols can help with visible lip lift scars on the face. I see a lot of these in my office in Beverly Hills. Surgery is often not needed if lasers and HIDEF scar revision techniques are introduced. 
In our office, we combine treatments starting with topical pre-conditioning of the scars with Plato's Scar Serum for hypertrophy and Melarase PM for pigmentation. Fractional RF, laser, and micro fractional RF can help limit scar growth. Kenalog IIT can also help reduce scar thickness. For lip lift scars specifically, I use selective Hyfrecation to reduce scarring.

Thank you for your question.  Scar away sheets are fine to use for your lip lift procedure.  I would also use sunscreen underneath as the sun exposure darken scars.

Mederma is what my patients will use, but I can also tell you that the majority of my lip lift patients- and I perform 2-3 of these every month- do not use anything on their incisions.
