So I got a bbl about 2 years Ago and I always noticed one side looked flat and now I can see a huge dent on one side from the side it doesn't look the same on either side what can be done to help it look rounder where the dent is and so both sides can look more alike I also have one side that is bigger that's where I drew the pink line I was considering getting Lipo but from what I've read that can make the problem worse so maybe filling out the dents with fat ?

I rarely if ever recommend weight gain prior to a BBL. Gaining weight is often counterproductive. If you gain weight that is fat, some of the fat will likely be associated with the buttocks. I think it is better to maintain a stable weight you can sustain after the BBL.
