I feel burning in my back 2 months after having a BBL, is this normal?

The surgery consists of liposuction which can cause your symptoms.  You are 2 months post operative and you would expect your symptoms to be improving at this point.    You should discuss your symptoms with you surgeon in the near future since he has been following you closely.  He could do an examination and discuss a plan for you to provide optimal care.Good luck.

You are still early on the healing process, at the stage you're in, this symptom is normal, so please be patient. 
I recommend my patients to try the lymphatic massages, in most cases, one or two days after surgery and to use a full body compression garment, 24/7 for the first 3 months, and after that, for 12 hours a day for 3 more months, to get the best results.

If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

It is not uncommon to have some burning that lasts for 2-3 months after liposuction.  Various massage techniques can be attempted to improve your symptoms, and I recommend visiting with your board certified plastic surgeon to discuss which might be best for you.Best wishes
