Is it possible to re-gain fat in my inner thighs area after liposuction? (Photo)

Question

In Feb I got a round 2 bbl where 300ccs was removed from each thigh (total 600cc) I am now regretting it. My legs are not as plump as they once were. I'm wondering if I can opt for a fat transfer (fat removal from butt) and place back into my thighs or possibly gain weight and the fat return? ***I have posted 4 photos, before round 2 bbl and after round 2 bbl.

You are still able to regain weight after liposuction, however you will gain weight all over not just your thighs.  You can consider fat grafting but I'm not sure if you will get the result you are wanting.  Visit with your surgeon to discuss your options.

Weight gain is not always a good option since it might come where you don't want and might not come where you do. Transferring the fat back into the thighs might not work as well as the first transfer because on the scar tissue that is present. You could consider Sculptra injections.

Overall, I think your results look great.I don’t think grafting fat in your inner thigh is going to be a worthwhile endeavor, but it’s hard to make a good assessment based on pictures.Inner thigh, Liposuction often does not deliver the type of results patients had hoped for.It’s also a technically difficult area to treat. if you feel like your bottom is too big then removing some fat in this area may make sense but grafting fat to your inner thigh to be somewhat unusual option.Follow up with your surgeon,Mats Hagstrom MD
