I particularly don't like my side profile. I always felt my face was a bit boyish, but it's getting more noticeable with age. I am a woman in my 30's. What procedures can i do to look more feminine?

Rhinoplasty can soften your look, and the only other consideration would be to soften the jaw. This is a procedure that is done through the inside of the mouth for minimal scarring, but the swelling can last weeks.

I think that a hairline advancement with hair transplantation and brow reduction would give the best results. I caution you about bone cement. It can cause a lot of problems.Let us know if you have any other questions!
