I am 15 days post op from my bbl and still hoping my fat will shift down and make my butt look rounder. My fat was placed high but my plastic surgeon said it will shift down and look better after sweeling is gone. Is this true or should I be concerned? Im pretty nervous at this point.

You should be at least 18 years old to be a candidate for plastic surgery.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less...
