Is 19 yrs old too young for a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Each surgeon has their own criteria, I will consider this type of surgery in patients older than 18 years old if it is desired for the right reasons.  As a matter of fact, one of the BBL patients in my photo gallery here on Realself was 19 years old and is extremely happy with her results.  Seek a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) who specializes in gluteal augmentation.  I hope this helps and best wishes.

You should be at least 18 years old to be a candidate for plastic surgery.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

At 18 your body is undergoing changes. You are at the age of concent so that's not the issue. Involving your parents is needed because you will need thier support in the after care, unless you no longer live at home and are independent. See a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of brazillian but lifts and who has previlages at your local hospital to perform body cosmetic surgery. All surgeries carry risks so have a defined goal, enroll your parents in your plan and choose your surgeon carefully.
