Which Plastic Surgeon can achieve it best? I want a coke bottle shape (as much as can be achieved with my body :))). Liposculpture of the abdomen, waist, flanks, back, scoop and the Brazilian Buttocks shaped nicely? A plastic surgeon that does a lot of BBL yearly and is also safe.

The cost will vary with demand for the surgeon as well as the overall amount of surgery performed.  Liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back along with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips should yield a nice result.

Cost varies by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of procedure etc.  I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery and who is also a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgery.  You can call their offices in advance and ask for quotes prior to scheduling consultations.

The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.
