My butt is full on top and flat at the bottom. Can this be enhanced to give my butt volume? Not pleased at all (Photo)

Hi.. thank you for the question and photos... Evaluating the case, to enhance this another BBL or a BBL revision need to be done... this could be done any moment after 6 months and you have 9. 

In a BBL, fat is transferred from areas with extra (stomach, thighs, flanks etc) to the bum to create a fuller, more round appearing butt.  Without photos from right after your surgery, it is a little bit difficult to tell what has happened, but the most likely cause is that either enough fat was not added at the bottom, or the fat that was added to the bottom resorbed.  The fat that is added has to develop a blood supply in order to survive - in any example of fat grafting, we know that we will lose some of the volume because this doesn't happen.I suggest speaking to your surgeon.  Often with fat grafting, multiple attempts are made to create the desired final contour.  You could certainly benefit from adding additional fat to the bottom of your butt where you feel that you appear flat.  That fat can be harvested from a number of donor sites, so you should be able to have enough to get a result that is closer to what you are looking for! Remember that in plastic surgery you may need a revision of a surgery to improve results. On a glance you still have fat deposits to work with.Talk to your surgeon and tell him about what you want, for sure he will suggest you  a revision.

Thank you for the question and the photographs. A revision of your surgery can be done anytime after 6 months post op. This is assuming that there is enough fat left to transfer. I would recommend that you return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns and options available to address them as they are in the best position to evaluate and treat you in the post operative period.
