I'm 17 days post BBL. When can I safely sit, or sleep on my back without damaging the extra fat cells?

BBLdoll2015
17 days post op from my bbl.I already asked my surgeon these questions but wanted to hear other opinions,I had full body lipo, been sleeping on my stomach since day of surgery, doc told me wear body garments for total 6wks&arm garment for 4wks,he said I can begin sleeping on my back when I hit 4wks,i have not been sitting just few times w/bobby pillow, when is it absolutely ok to sit normally again with no bob/pillow&sleep on back again without damaging any extra fat cells,is 4 wks enough time?
