Given what you desire, an endoscopic browlift should give you the desired change. Your forehead shape is favorable for this technique and your thick hair would hide the small scars. A trichophytic lift (at the hairline) is also a possibility and can control this region of the brow nicely.

However if either of these are overdone you could end up looking effeminate (like Richard Chamberlain) The other issue in a young male is that you may loose your frontal hair and then any scar on your brow will be exposed, necessitating hair transplants.
