22 y/o male interested in brow lift. Which technique would help me achieve my desired look? Trying to remove "sad" look (photos)

Hello, i am a 22 y/o male. Right now i am sticking to temporary procedures (PDO Threads/Botox) so i can get an idea of how a surgical brow lift will look. However, i am stuck on what technique will be best for my desired result. From the photos , you can see i just want the first 1/3rd of my brow lifted, and a TINY tiny bit of the mid brow lifted as well so i dont have the "sad" look. The goal is to have a straight brow that sits a tiny bit higher on my face.

Given what you desire, an endoscopic browlift should give you the desired change. Your forehead shape is favorable for this technique and your thick hair would hide the small scars. A trichophytic lift (at the hairline) is also a possibility and can control this region of the brow nicely.

Thank you for your question and photos. Because of your age, the PDO threads and Botox are an ideal solution for achieving the appearance you’re looking for. An endoscopic brow lift might be an option in the future, if you decide you want a more long-lasting option. 
Keep in mind that experience and expertise are paramount, as you are looking for subtle results. Too much of a good thing could leave you looking with less-than-desirable results. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector. They will be able to discuss your aesthetic goals with you and help you decide on the best course of action.

An endoscopic brow lift would probably be the way to go. Second best would be an open procedure. However if either of these are overdone you could end up looking effeminate (like Richard Chamberlain) The other issue in a young male is that you may loose your frontal hair and then any scar on your brow will be exposed, necessitating hair transplants. I am seeing more and more young people who want browplasties to improve the shape of their brows, not just elevating them.
