I accidentally bumped the area where my tattoo is and most of the blisters peeled. There is bleeding and pus. My doctor has told me to continue applying Ascend cream which contains: steryl alcohol, propylene glycol, petrolatum, polyoxyl 40 sterate, isopropyl myristate. It's been 3 days since the procedure and I've read that the removal area should be kept dry but I have open wounds and my doctor told me to apply the cream twice a day. I'm getting mixed messages so I'm confused.
