Is the R20 method for tattoo removal safe? Does it have good results? (Photo)

hii...i would ask something.....the r20 method for tattoo removal is safe? and it has good results??my tattoo can be removed with this method? and how it costs?its cover up and and i have it 5 months...because i cant wait for a lot of treatmets and i want something faster i want to remove it with this method that i learnt its safe and has good results...can you tell if its really?and if i can do this
