Stop the laser treatments you ae describing an allergic reaction to the ink. The most common color for allergy is red but it has been described in all colors. There can be some itching at the tattoo under some circumstances but you are describing a systemic reaction. The release of a high ink load is the cause.Its possible at this point to decrease your itch with antihistamine meds or steroids for a short course.It is dangerous to continue with laser sessions because this could develop into a serious allergic crisis.
