Will this ever heal should I go back to the doctor? It is still extremely red, irritated and is leaking a clear liquid. (Photos)

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for wound care. I recommend silicone gel with growth factors and hyperbaric oxygen to promote healing. I don't recommend further laser tattoo removal treatments, while this heals. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Please see your physician. It is not uncommon for a patient to acquire an allergy to topical antibiotic salves. Neomycin and bacitacin are the more common allergens. For neomycin, a rash may be delayed 4-5 days after starting skin applications.  Allergic reactions are treated with topical and sometimes oral steroids.
