What surgery is best for my banana roll butt? (photos)

The banana roll is vastly different in different people.  Based upon your photos, to give the absolute best contour, you would need a tiny amount of liposuction performed very carefully to avoid skin laxity below the area of the banana roll to blend the area, a small amount of fat grafting to the current banana roll area.  This can be coupled with InMode RFAL skin tightening. 

Thank you for your question.I would recommend liposuction and fat grafting. It may take a couple sessions to release the band on the lower portion of your buttock area. It is hard to say for sure without seeing you in person, this is just based on what I can see in the photos.

Very skilled and meticulous liposuction of a banana such as yours can be very effective. However if not done properly it can make things worse. Therefore, make sure to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with years of experience and a solid reputation. Glad to be of help.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for a small amount of liposuction and fat transfer, to fix your problem and improve your buttocks, and I think you'll get very good results.

Liposuction can be utilized to eliminate the banana roll and saddlebag deformity,  as well as narrow the waist and flatten the tummy. This will also eliminate the "square" look of the buttocks. This fat can then be transferred to augment the buttocks if desired. 
Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Banana rolls under the buttocks are fairly common. Fortunately their correction is fairly simple. They can undergo liposuction under local anesthesia with little downside.You should consult with a Board Certified PS. Good luck!
