Advise on downsizing breast implants after bottoming out?

Before jumping into more surgery, try aggressive pectoral muscle stretching exercises.  The way you will get a shape closer to what you submitted as desired results, is to give the implants more room/mobility in the pocket.  Going to a smaller size will just be a smaller version of what you have and not a completely different shape.  Besides, 2 months are much too early to show your long term result.  I don't believe this is bottoming out, because the nipples usually point up when that happens with someone of your preoperative shape and volume.

Thank you for the question and pictures but you will find that all like consultants, will not be of much specific help to you. You will be much better off spending additional time with your plastic surgeon communicating your goals carefully.  Also, make sure that your plastic surgeon can demonstrate significant experience helping patients with breast implant displacement problems. Be careful about the use of words such as “natural” and “flat”;  these words can be subjective and a source of confusion/miscommunication. In my practice, I find the use of goal pictures much more helpful.  I also think that the use of intraoperative sizers make the selection of breast implant size/profile a much easier decision for your plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

You do not particularly look like you bottomed out at two months.  At least in the photos. I would wait several months to see how they settle.
