4 weeks post op revision rhinoplasty, scar not healing well and has a burning sensation/feeling, is this normal?

Hi I had a revision rhinoplasty about 4 weeks ago and the incision is not healing very well. It's very visible and it has a burning sensation, especially when I'm breathing out. I live in Europe and I did my procedure in the states. What should I do other than contact my doctor? Is this normal?
