Thanks for the photos.  A "before" picture would be helpful.  The thickness should have mostly resolved by now but it is not totally unusual for there to be some of this firm area remaining at this point.  Continuing with your lymphatic massage by your certified massage therapist should be helpful.

       If you have a chronic fluid collection, the fluid collection tends not to change at this point.  If you have swelling it should continue to improve.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Most likely this is still swelling from the VASER. Sometimes it takes 3-6 months for the swelling to completely subside.  I recommend continue your compression garment and lymphatic massage over the area.  If after 6 months it has not improved,you may consider more liposuction or a tummy tuck to further improve the contours.
