The top of my belly button starts to protrude through the lower abdomen into my pubic bone. It is a pooch and VERY hard. My surgeon said its just my abdominal wall and nothing is wrong. ? But my stomach has never been like this before! My therapist says it may be hardened fluid and the ultrasound therapy will soften it. What can I do? Will this go away so my stomach is flat? It's uneven, the right side sticks out more and looks strange. I'm also uneven on my flanks(view from front pic).

Your surgeon should have provisions for out of town patients. You might start by getting organized with his/her office. You will definitely need help for about 4 weeks after your procedure.
